Happy New Year, friends!
As a nutritionist, January always brings a wave of diet culture noise – weight loss, detoxes, the pressure to "get back on track." But before we dive into all that (below), I want to reintroduce you to The Art of Nourishment.
2024 was a year of trial and error. From starting this newsletter in July to launching (and closing) The Nourished Collective to creating my first course and making changes to my coaching program, it's been a whirlwind!
But with experimentation comes clarity, and that's my theme for 2025 – taking aligned action on what feels true and good for both my business and personal life.
My vision for this space? To build community and redefine nourishment as I enter my 40s – a decade of growth, challenges, and rediscovery. We'll explore the myriad ways to nourish ourselves, with a focus on nutrition and wellness, but also on our lives as multi-passionate women juggling it all.
If you’ve been taking some downtime over the holiday break too — welcome back!
You can read more about what to expect moving forward here.
2025, a year of alignment.
Let’s shift our focus from resolutions to the life we really want to be living, how that life feels, and actionable ways to make it our reality.
What I’ve learned in my 8+ years of nutrition coaching is that people get the best results when they can integrate wellness into their lives effortlessly and with joy.
The new year often brings a whirlwind of resolutions and "new you" hype.
It's tempting to get caught up in the frenzy, making long lists of things we want to change about ourselves. But what if, instead of focusing on what we need to fix, we turned our attention to how we want to feel?
Easier said than done I know. Which is why I created The EPN Glow-Up.
We get the idea of detox all wrong. Thinking they’re about restrictive juice cleanses, constantly feeling hungry, and time consuming.
But supporting our natural detox pathways is actually about nourishment.
We need to flood our liver & support digestion with real, whole nutrient-dense food, reset our circadian rhythms, put ourselves first, and honor what feels good to us personally.
We’ll be doing this together the weeks of January 13th and 21st — join the Substack chat for daily guidance and accountability from yours truly.
The Glow-Up is free for Founding Members. Just upgrade you’re subscription below and you’re set!

Taking the past two weeks off to really sit and be in this life I’ve created has been so healing and refreshing. To give myself the space to rest, take a step back, get creative, and be present.
I have such a better perspective going into January than in years past. I hope you feel the shift here too.
xx Erin
P.S. The Sunday EDIT will be back next week in it’s usual format.
