I wrote this train of thought in Notes and wanted to share it here too because I think it’s relevant to so many areas of life —

This week I stressed myself out way too much prepping for my gut-hormone workshop next week (are you coming?!) — but today I decided I needed to cut myself some slack and find some ease before the weekend.

And you know what? I was actually more productive and created better content.

I find it goes the same for our health goals too — when we allow for more breathing space to just be and feel into it we take the pressure off and actually see results faster.

As women & moms juggling all the things, the pressure to achieve perfect nutrition or fitness can become another source of stress, ironically hindering our progress.

Just like I found more flow in my work by easing up, your body responds more favorably when you release the rigid control and allow for that 'breathing space' to simply be with your choices and feel into what truly nourishes you.
