It’s Leena’s last day of school on Thursday—and while we’ll be sending her to camp most weeks, they’re not full days. Which means our daily flow will be a little looser. A little more fluid. A little more summery in the best way.

I want that balance of doing enough, but also giving ourselves a break from routine (myself included.) Our ideal summer? It’s the simple joys: splash pads, sidewalk chalk, popsicles, play dates, and Indiana peaches while visiting my family.

It’s freedom and flexibility, but with an undercurrent of rhythm.

That’s the kind of summer I want for you too.

Because I know how easy it is to let this season sweep you up in all its chaos: later bedtimes, off-kilter routines, travel, day drinking BBQ madness. But the truth is—you don’t need a strict plan. You need something that brings ease.

A way to support your hormones, energy, digestion, and mood without restriction, perfection, or adrenal overload.

Rather, I want your summer to be filled with more clarity, calm, and conf…
