Never mind that I’m writing you when it’s 90 degrees in Florida…
It’s officially fall y’all!
I’ve always loved this time of year (cooler temps, cozy dishes, the start of the holidays) — but ever since moving south, I’ve embraced seasonal decor and food more than ever as a way to feel fall without actually feeling it temperature-wise. And, as evidenced by all of our neighbors putting up their decorations too, I don’t thing I’m alone in this sentiment.
As for the recipes, I’ve got you covered from breakfast through treats for your little goblins.
You’ll notice some of the recipes aren’t Erin Approved as written — but that’s also one of the reasons I want to share this monthly post with you. To teach how I modify conventional recipes and even the “healthier” ones to fit within my core nutrition principles of real food, hormone balance, nutrient-density, and deliciousness.
