Your December Daily Non-negotiables
Plus, two ways to jumpstart a truly nourishing 2025 (with nary a crash diet in sight)
Right now is not the time to uplevel or optimize your wellness game.
It’s about sticking to basic, daily non-negotiables and enjoying the next two weeks without completely derailing and feeling like you need a 10-day juice cleanse come January 6th.
Here are a few things you can do NOW to maintain and stay afloat:
Hydrate with 100 ounces water daily.
Integrate a 12 hour fast between dinner & breakfast.
Have a high protein (30g), lower carb breakfast by 9am.
Put on a weighted vest and go for a 30 minute walk daily.
Limit your alcohol and sugar intake to only when it’s really worth it.
These daily habits are what I find ground me the most without adding extra overwhelm during this hectic time of year.
Come January though, I have to tell you I’m really looking forward to a true reset. After being sick the past three weeks and seeing some less than stellar inflammatory and blood sugar lab markers — I know it’s time for some serious self care.
